Often people who have BPD are very emotional and they find it very difficult to control these emtions. This Disorder is hard to define because it covers such a wide spectrum, but I figured that I would list it anyway. - Strong fears of being left behind or abandoned, and these people are known for going to extremes to keep people from leaving them.
- When they are stressed they are paranoid and suspicious of those who they DO trust otherwise, and it feels like they are losing touch with reality.
- Anger issues.
- A feeling of emptiness.
- Sometimes are known for being suicidal. They often attempt suicide, threaten to attempt suicide, or do things to hurt themselves.
- Sometimes have impulsive behaviors for things that can cause them serious problems. This may include:
- Stealing
- Binge eating
- Reckless behavior
- Gambling
- Sex
- Drug and alcohol abuse
- Excessive spending
